Return & Refund Policy

At Global Electronics Kenya, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Returns

You may return an item within 48hrs of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging together with all the accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it. We also require proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, before processing any return request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. When reporting, kindly share supporting photos or videos so that we can assess the situation quickly. Once the issue is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with either a replacement item or a full refund, depending on whether the item is still in stock.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will always be issued back through the original payment method you used when making the purchase, whether mobile money, card payment, or bank transfer. Please note that the processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges if the product you received is defective, faulty, or not the correct item ordered. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where the exact replacement product is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or select another product of equal value.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (such as a defective or wrong item delivered), we will cover all the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning a product for any other reason, such as a change of mind, then the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
