We currently deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya, as well as many remote areas through trusted courier and logistics partners. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team carefully prepares and packages your items to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transportation. All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch to guarantee that you receive exactly what you ordered.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. For customers within Nairobi and surrounding areas, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. For upcountry deliveries, shipping may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the distance and courier schedules. Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to minimize any delays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order size, and selected delivery method.  We strive to keep our delivery charges as affordable as possible while maintaining high standards of service. For special promotions or bulk orders, we may offer discounted or free delivery,  and any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website or during checkout.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your delivery details. Depending on the courier used, you may also receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. It is important to provide accurate contact details and delivery information to avoid delays. Our delivery team or courier partner may contact you before or during delivery to confirm your availability and location.

 

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders, we also offer in-store pickup at our physical location. Once your order is ready for collection, our team will notify you. You can then visit our store during working hours to collect your item at no extra cost.

 

In the rare event that your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details, and we will investigate the issue promptly. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
